At one time I was the co-Administrator of a popular message board known as THE GATHERING. At it's height, it was a well known site for discussion and debate on issues pertaining to current events, politics, religion, culture, & the arts. We had members from all over the world and sometimes the discourses became very heated and passionate.

But for some unknown reason, the other co-Administrator DELETED (*I know, I know... had sad*) the entire board and all it's archived posts and the many nuggets of wisdom and lore it contained.

A few of you have emailed me and asked me if it would be possible to RESSURECT The Gathering from the ashes and bring it back to life.

While I cannot restore the old board and ressurect those old posts - I can start fresh again - this time I would be the sole Adminstrator so NO-ONE would be able to delete, censor, or ban anybody or any issue, topic, question or idea EVER AGAIN. I'm talking about a REAL Round Table here. No bars held. No taboos.

We could have forums broken down into Arts, History, Culture, Politics, Religion, Creative Writing and so on.

There would be NO rules - NO TABOOS -  no body could be banned - and besides spam or other advertisements, no posts would ever be deleted.

What do you think? Would you come to such a forum to express your view and mingle with others across the globe to debate and discuss current events and their relationship to history, politics, religion, and the arts?
